Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 November 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Siago Shorts Bot (“the App”), operated by Siago. By signing in to or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

The App is a private production tool. It helps the Siago team find publicly available short clips, select and rank them, render short ranking videos, and—after manual review and approval—upload those videos to the team’s own YouTube channel.

2. Who may use the App

Only people authorized by Siago may use the App. Accounts are issued by Siago; there is no public registration. You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

3. YouTube and Google

• The App uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account or using the App’s YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
• You may only connect a YouTube channel you own or are authorized to manage.
• You can disconnect at any time in the App or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/connections.
• The App is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with YouTube or Google.

4. Content and acceptable use

You are responsible for every video you approve for upload. You agree that you will:

• only publish content you have the right to publish, and give clear credit to original creators;
• respond promptly to removal or credit requests from creators and rights holders;
• comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable copyright laws;
• not use the App to publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that shows serious injury or puts minors at risk;
• not attempt to access the App, its server or its data without authorization, or interfere with its operation.

Ranking labels, titles and descriptions may be drafted with the help of AI. A human team member reviews each draft before it is published and remains responsible for it.

5. Creators and rights holders

If a video produced with the App features your content and you would like it removed or credited differently, email ordeoid@gmail.com with the video link. We aim to respond within 3 business days. You may also use YouTube’s own copyright tools.

6. Availability and changes

The App is provided for internal use and may change, be suspended or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that third-party services it relies on (such as YouTube) will be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siago is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or channel standing, arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

Siago may suspend or end access to the App at any time, for example if these Terms are breached. On termination the connected YouTube account can be disconnected and stored tokens are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
